Here in Terrebonne, Oregon, we buy 10-12 month old steer each spring and we graze them on our irrigated property for 8-10 months, depending on the size and age of the animal. We feed them orchard grass hay from our hay farm in Kimberly, Oregon each winter. At 18-22 months of age, we butcher at a USDA inspected facility and the meat comes wrapped in individual packages, ready for your freezer. We sell wholes, halves and quarters. If you have unique sizing needs, let us know. We are willing to discuss different quantities.

Generally, the frozen meat pick up is at our farm in Terrebonne, Oregon (just north of Redmond), however we will deliver to Portland or lower Seattle for halves or more.
